While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that in rare cases, shipping may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Updating Shipping Information
We understand that mistakes can happen or that you may need to update your details. If you need to change your shipping information (e.g., address, contact details), please note that we only accept changes within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time, your order is usually already being processed, and modifications may no longer be possible.
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thefiftylab.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Refund Policy & Guarantee
At this time, TheFiftyLab does not accept returns due to technical reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind, we offer a full refund on your purchase under our 100% satisfaction guarantee. This policy applies to all customers, provided that the refund request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A processing fee of $5 USD/AUD/CAD/EUR will be applied to each refund.
Gift Cards
